Silicon-Coated Permanently Lubricated High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Ducts, known as PLB pipes, are designed as underground conduits for laying Optical Fiber Cables (OFC). They are manufactured via a co-extrusion technique using virgin HDPE and a permanently lubricated silicon inner layer to ensure smooth cable installation.
